Registration Fee
Includes 3 lunches, 3 morning teas, 2 afternoon teas, farewell drinks and the movie night, as well as all presentations at the University of New South Wales.

(1) By becoming a JSAA member at the membership fee of $85, you will receive a discount on the conference registration fee, as well as receiving Japanese Studies, JSAA’s journal, three times a year. Please visit our membership application site at http://www.jsaa.info/.
(2) Students need status verification by their supervisors.
(3) Postgraduate students who are presenting papers can apply for a conference travel grant and/or registration fee waiver. Please note that funds are limited.
Cancellation Policy:
* Registrations close on June 12th, 2009.
* Any cancellations received between June 13th- 27th inclusive (15 - 30 days notice) will be charged 30% of their registration fee.
* Any cancellations received between June 28th – July 12th inclusive (1 - 14 days notice) will be charged 60% of their registration fee.
* There is no refund for dinner cancellation.
